Family-run since 2009. The owner who quotes your job is the one on site until the last walkthrough.
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms across Austin and its nearby towns. We price each job once, in writing, before we touch a wall, and we keep to that number. If the house holds a surprise behind the tile, we show it to you, write the change order, and do nothing until you sign.
We are licensed and insured, and certificates are available on request.
Do I need a permit? Usually yes when a remodel moves walls, plumbing, gas or electrical. We pull the permit with the city or county where the house sits, schedule the inspections, and include the permit fee in your fixed price.
How long will it take? Refresh 3 to 4 weeks, full kitchen 6 to 8 weeks, layout change 8 to 10 weeks, from the first day of demolition to the walkthrough. Custom cabinets can arrive later than that, so we order them at signing and give you the date in writing.
Can we live at home during the remodel? Most families do. A kitchen remodel usually means a sink, a fridge and a microwave in another room for several weeks. A bathroom remodel means planning around one working bathroom, and we schedule the work so you keep it as long as possible.
How do payments work? A deposit at signing covers materials and scheduling. After that, payments follow finished milestones: demolition, rough-in, cabinets set, final finish. The final payment is due after the walkthrough. Every amount is in the written contract before work starts.
What warranty do you give? Two years on our workmanship, in writing. Appliances, cabinets and fixtures carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you charge for changes? Not unless you ask for one. The quote is the price. If you want something different, we write a change order with the new price before any work changes, and it goes ahead only if you sign it.
Tell us the room, roughly how big it is, and what you want changed. We answer within one business day.
